Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment shortly after they're placed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with tracking information so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivery estimates

Exact delivery timelines depend on your location and are shown at checkout before you pay, so you always know what to expect before completing your order. Because our catalog is seasonal, we recommend ordering with enough time to spare — each product page shows a suggested order-by date to help it arrive before Halloween.

Shipping costs

Any shipping costs that apply are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Customs and import fees

For international orders, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in the item price or shipping cost.
